The climate bill Biden signed is a partial bailout of the fossil fuel industry.

The problem is systems which are failing already, and won’t be able to supply the five basics of human civilization, food, water, energy, money, health, from now, into forever. Biden new climate bill is a good start. But it’s just that, a lone step onto this new terrain. It’s not going to win the fight by itself.
