America won’t be alone, to be sure. Russia, Brazil, Britain, India, Pakistan — there will be a club of nations where Coronavirus has gone semi-permanent. Maybe even poor, stupid, unlucky Sweden. That’s the way it looks now. But should America really be a member of that club?
