The GOP will not retake both houses of Congress in 2022 by winning the popular vote. That will be done by having the Dems hold a one seat majority in the House and state legislatures using voter suppression laws to overturn election results after the elections are held. In almost all of the election races, the GOP election boards will say the Democratic candidate's win was fradulent and will seat GOP representatives instead. This is how a one-seat Dem majority is lost.
