The United States of America has been under liquidation since January 3, 2021 due to the amount of debt that was incurred under Donald Trump. This liquidation was happening regardless of the results of the 2020 presidential election. In democratic terms, liquidation is the last stage of democracy before it collapses due to loose fiscal policies, resulting in a fascist dictatorship.
