What is most likely to happen is that Trump is not going to be reelected by the popular vote or the electoral vote, but rather by a contingent election ordered by the Supreme Court. Biden would be declared the winner of the election in Arizona, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin by popular vote, but the Trump legal team would sue over electoral fraud, resulting in the court invalidating the popular vote results in all four states. Rather than having Trump appointed electors be awarded to those states, the court would rule that no electors would be appointed, forcing a contingent election. In a contingent election, each state would get one vote in the House of Representatives, while each senator would get one vote for choosing the vice president. Kamala Harris would get reelected as voce president by the Senate, with Trump securing a majority of house delegations due to the GOP having a higher amount of states. This would be very bad, as the implementation of Project 2025, which would allow for extreme Christian focused autocracy to prevail in the country, would be imminent. What could also happen is that Biden might be declared the winner of the popular and electoral vote in 2024, but Congress could refuse to certify the election, leading to a secession crisis that ultimately results in Trump backed military forces overthrowing the government, which would make Trump the supreme leader of the country.
